Senior Surgical Assistant
Ana is a native El Pasoan, and graduated from El Paso Community College in May of 2000. She passed the examination process to be a Certified Dental Assistant in March of 1999 and is a Registered Dental Assistant with the State of Texas.
Ana started with this office in January of 2000, and is Dr. Caldwell's “right hand man”—or should we say, “woman”, in the surgical suite. This job is a natural fit for her because she enjoys dental assisting, and finds fulfillment in making sure his surgeries run smoothly and with a minimum of stress for all concerned.
Ana also finds great pleasure in time spent with her husband, Peter Uribarri, and their three children. Nothing is more relaxing to Ana than simply enjoying their company at the local park or watching movies.
Surgical Assistant
Eunice was born in Chihuahua City, Mexico, and graduated from Presidio High School. She has work experience in endodontics, pedodontics, and general dentistry. Fortunately for us, her life's journey brought her to Dr. Caldwell's office in August of 2008.
Eunice graduated from El Paso Community College in 2009, and became a Certified Dental Assistant in May of that same year. She completed her registration with the State of Texas in April, 2010. She married Ruben Morales in 2009, and both are active members of their church. She enjoys her role in the Music Ministry there; especially Interpretive Dance. She also enjoys playing sports, reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
Eunice says that her favorite aspect of working at the Caldwell & Dimmitt practice is “being a part of the implant surgical team”. Her love of dentistry has planted a seed in her heart to one day be a dental hygienist—and working with the young people of her church has stirred a desire to one day teach at the high school level. For anyone who knows her, it's not difficult to imagine Eunice accomplishing both!
Surgical Assistant & IT Technician
James is definitely one of those people who sees the “big picture”—no matter what he's involved in at the moment—whether it's the surgical theatre or fixing a glitch in our office computer set up. He has a genuine desire to help at anyone's point of need, and a killer smile to make it all the more enjoyable for the person being “rescued”.
James was born in Incheon, South Korea, and brought up in Rockville, Maryland. He began working for Dr. Caldwell in August of 2008. He graduated from El Paso Community College in 2009, and plans to graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Microbiology.
James has passed the examination process to be a Certified Dental Assistant and he is also a Registered Dental Assistant in Texas. His earlier training gained him certification as a Microsoft Computer Technician and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (computer savvy). He also likes working on cars, motorcycles, or electronic gadgets like computers. His favorite pass time at the office is upgrading our office technology set up, or assisting in implant surgery.
James would like to one day be a dentist.
Surgical Assistant
Yolie is the newest addition to the Caldwell & Dimmitt Surgical Staff (March, 2011); another native El Pasoan. She is a graduate of the El Paso Community College and the Career Center of Texas at El Paso, and, as a result of that program, she received her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Yolie and her husband, Gilbert, have two sons: Matthew and Andrew—and Yolie enjoys her involvement with them in Cub Scouts, and cheering them on in school sports. The entire family enjoys the great outdoors while camping out and hiking together.
